Your care plan includes full sanitisation of your machine.
Full Exterior Clean
It is incredibly important to keep your machine clean! Our engineer will give your water cooler a full Direct Water Solutions clean.
Annual Hot Tank Descale
The build up of limescale in your water boiler can cause internal damage over time and reduce the quality of your water. Your engineer will fully descale your boilers tank as part of your care plan.

Your bottled water cooler will require cleaning every 3 months. As water is classified as a food product there are strict hygiene and safety guidelines which need to be adhered to keep your water cooler safe to drink from.
The Sanitisation Service is carried out by one of our qualified technicians, using only WHA (Water Dispenser & Hydration Association) recommended products and procedures.
At a convenient time that suits you, one of our qualified technicians will carry out a sanitisation visit once every 3 months, using only WHA recommended products and procedures, an essential service to ensure the water coolers remain hygienic and clean.
